This a first printing of the UK first edition as indicated by the “First published in Great Britain in 1988 by Headline Book Publishing Plc” statement with no subsequent printings mentioned. Sharp clean black boards with gold blocking to spine, white endpapers. A lovely clean unread copy marred only by the common discolouration to the edges of the text block. The DJ is equally fine: clean and bright with no sign of sun fading and £11.95 “net in UK only” price on front flap. Being extremely picky there is just the most minor edge creasing. This one of the less common Headline publications and you will be hard pressed to find a nicer copy.
