Shipping costs are added to your order at the checkout stage.
Costs are based on the weight of the book plus 300g for packaging and are broadly in line with Royal Mail postage charges.
Currently these are £4.45 for first class postage up to 2kg. An option is available for a signed for service which is available at an extra charge and is highly recommended.
No charge is made for packing materials / handling.

International Customers - It would take a ridiculous amount of time to provide shipping costs for every country so if you come to check out and there is no shipping option available for your country please contact me using the contact form telling me which books you wish to purchase and your country of residence and I will either create a country specific rate table on the site or send a Paypal invoice direct to you. Shipping costs for heavier parcels can vary dramatically on a daily basis and I am happy to provide a quote on request.

Please note that you are responsible for any import duty / import taxes that may be applied by your customs authority. I am not VAT registered in the UK.
Shipping costs are currently available for the US/Canada up to 4kg and other countries are being added as time permits.

We will always email you to let you know when your order is shipped !
If you make a large order and end up paying inflated shipping charges we will refund the overpayment through Paypal !

Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged (unlikely given the way we pack our books) then please contact us to arrange a return.

We will replace the damaged item if possible or alternatively provide a refund including postage. We may request photographic evidence of the damage in order to claim on insurance prior to the return being authorised.

Returns will otherwise only be accepted if the item is not as described.

If you are not happy with your purchase then please contact us so we can discuss the best way forward. Returns will only be accepted if the order is in the same condition as when shipped (eg shrinkwrapped if applicable). Return postage will not be refunded in this instance.
