Hideaway Signed US Proof

Dean Koontz. Hideaway. Putnam 1992. First Edition. Original Wraps. Uncorrected Proof. Signed by Author. Fine / No Jacket (as issued). This an uncorrected proof of the US First Edition. A superior clean copy, black ink on pale blue paper wraps, with no reading creases to the spine (though a couple of small binding creases at the head and tail of spine). Small 1/2" long and 1 mm deep bump along the top edge of the pack panel near the spine and a small bump to the lower right at the spine hinge. Very light creasing to front top edge. Text block clean and bright. This copy has been flat signed by Koontz on the half title page and is a great example of his early signature when he still used the middle "R". Very scarce in unread condition, especially signed. A great addition to any Koontz collection.
