This a first printing of the US first edition as indicated by the “First edition October 2002” statement with full 1-10 print line. Sharp clean black boards with silver lettering to spine, white endpapers, blue head/tail bands. A very tight clean unread copy. The DJ is equally fine but for some discolouration to the back panel (the text appears orange and I am not sure if this is a fault or if all copies were like this hence my lower grading). $25US and $39.95 CAN prices intact on the front flap.
