This a first printing of the UK first trade edition as indicated by the “This collection with a new story first published in Great Britain in 2007 by Gollancz” statement with full 13579108642 print line. Sharp clean black boards, red blocking to spine, white endpapers. Head of spine is ever so slightly crunched/rubbed and the lower right tip of front board slightly bumped. An unread copy which stands square. Internally clean with no signs of previous ownership. Fore edge somewhat discoloured. DJ is a beauty showing just a little edge rubbing at the spine ends. £14.99 price intact on front flap. Originally published by small press PS Publishing in 2005 a new story (Scheherazade’s Typewriter) was added to the author’s acknowledgment’s for this first trade edition. Extremely scarce and nigh on impossible to find in unread condition with such a nice DJ. A very collectable copy.
